Welcome to our new Corporation, Inner Sphere Industries. I am glad that all of you wanted to make the switch, you are some of the best and most dedicated pilots I have ever flown with. This corporation will become whatever we make it. Inner Sphere Industries is founded on the belief that more ISK can be made by a close knit team of pilots working together for a greater goal. Teamwork is the foundation on which all things happen in this corporation. I expect each of you to assist your fellow corp mates, contribute to fulfilling our corporate goals, and to work together to build Inner Sphere Industries into an ISK generating, profit sharing machine! The more YOU contribute, the more ISK there is for us all.
We will be continuing our occupation, Planetary Interaction and harvesting of The Hole as well as starting Hi and Low Sec operations. We will be producing and selling various items from Polymers to ships and using the proceeds from these sales to pay the pilots who participate in the operations. The more active you are and the more pilots that participate, the bigger the profits to be shared.
We need all kinds of pilots to make this work and we need to be heavy on miners and haulers. Our primary means of making ISK is through the Production of Fullerenes which requires asteroids to be mined and gas to be collected. We need PVP/PVE pilots for mission running, WH combat missions and low sec mining Operation security. Recruitment will be necessary and we have a plan to progress new pilots from Hi Sec Ops to Low Sec Ops to Wormhole Ops. We will have something for everyone.
